Graduate Outbound Sales Executive

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging with small business owners across the UK. This isn’t just another sales job—it’s a chance to develop real consultative selling skills in a niche, exciting sector.

What you’ll be doing:

Making outbound B2B calls to SME company owners using our in-house CRM
Starting open, honest conversations—many owners have never thought about selling before
Building rapport and identifying interest, then arranging appointments with our Corporate Directors
Acting as the first point of contact in what can be a personal and emotional process—your empathy and professionalism will make all the difference
Delivering a first-class experience with energy, pace, and care

You’ll thrive here if you:

Are a strong communicator who enjoys talking to people and building genuine relationships
Have experience (or a natural flair) in sales – B2B is ideal, but B2C works too
Can handle sensitive conversations with tact, professionalism, and empathy
Are confident managing your time, workload, and working towards clear targets
Have solid literacy and numerical skills
