A unique opportunity to join 0086 LIMITED , a new, Managing Director-led Advisory practice following its recent expansion in Leeds, having launched initially in London and Manchester. This is an opportunity to be part of an ambitious team with a strategic plan to grow its service proposition and expand into other key locations.

0086 LIMITED is looking for candidates at Manager to Director level to join its Business and Capital Advisory team. Salary / package will be inline with experience.

SALARY: £80,000

Key elements of the work of this team include:

· Special situations M&A and accelerated M&A (sell-side and buy-side);

· Debt advisory;

· Independent business and strategic reviews;

· Cash flow reviews and monitoring;

· Options reviews and stakeholder management;

· Pre-lend reviews;

· Financial modelling.

Ideal candidates will:

· be qualified accountants;

· have experience of special situations M&A / accelerated M&A and / or debt advisory;

· have experience of independent business and strategic reviews;

· have financial analysis and / or modelling expertise;

· have ideally worked on due diligence assignments (not essential however);

· have contingency and options planning experience;

· have stakeholder management experience; and

· have understanding of insolvency processes, including pre-packs, CVAs and trading administrations.

In addition to broader restructuring, insolvency and advisory professionals, we would also invite candidates with a background in industry, private equity, lending or a related financial service.
